How do you work tester? On measures of tester’s work quality assessment
To this day, surprisingly often I meet with the statement that the tester’s effectiveness should be evaluated on the basis of the number of incident reports. Let’s try to disenchant this conviction and let’s talk about what measures are used in your companies. I will also give some interesting ideas and inspirations. Together we can define something very useful to evaluate the work of a tester.
