Recruitment and onboarding – are you doing it right?

Recruitment and onboarding are the first two encounters of a potential candidate with your company. It is extremely important that they are carried out properly, both in terms of HR needs, as well as technical and design needs. Many times in our career we met with this stage, which was not very well performed, often observing the discouragement of the candidate already at this stage. As a Test Manager / Test Lead you can add your brick to the process and, nota bene, take care of its quality. We will present genre scenes, discuss common mistakes, and finally try to build the perfect recruitment and onboarding for the tester.
