How to (not) help system users during testing
About the most common problems faced by non-technical users of the application when it comes to cooperate with IT, as well as about how, depending on who we have the opportunity to work with – choose communication methods and appropriate tools. In one sentence – how to help, not to hinder.
Kasia started working in IT 10 years ago, deciding to completely change her career path. Starting as a software tester, after a short time she received her first tasks as a test manager. And so she has stayed to this day. Currently she manages tests in international projects (also managing tests conducted by application users).
